View dashboard concept ↗01 THE IDEA
This concept shows how an education dashboard might organise records and common views. It is a visual planning exercise, not a live school management system and not a system that stores real student data.
Designed for: Schools exploring digital administrative workflows.
Design priority: make the important information easy to find, guide visitors to the appropriate next step, and keep the experience consistent across phone, tablet and desktop layouts.
02 PROPOSED FEATURE AREAS
The cards describe the proposed design direction. A feature is only considered working after it has been implemented and tested.
Organise key summaries and common actions in one landing screen.
Plan a readable table/list for student details and statuses.
Explore how attendance views and date-based filters could be presented.
Create a structured space for subjects, classes and results views.
Plan separate areas for the kinds of authorised users a real system would need.
Consider laptop-first workflows while preserving usable mobile layouts.
03 SCOPE & NEXT STEPS
The exact deliverables, integrations, costs and timeline would be agreed after understanding the project requirements.
A real portal requires a secure backend, authentication, permission-based access, validated database design, backups, audit logging, privacy/security review and testing. Student data is sensitive; a screenshot-only concept must not be treated as a working portal.
